About Us
Leslie Furniture is a family owned business that has been serving New Jersey residents since 1975, very much dedicated to personal service and discounted furniture prices. We have been servicing the area for over 35 years and have prospered due to our dedication and personable way of handling customers.
We started with a small upholstery and plastic slipcover manufacturing company located in the heart of the Ironbound section of Newark, New Jersey.
There is free delivery and set-up available for most purchases in the tri-state area, and 3 1/2% sales tax.
We have been recognized by both the furniture industry and the community. We were named ‘RETAILER OF THE YEAR' by the Metropolitan Furniture Association of New Jersey, received commendations by the City of Newark, and many awards by local organizations.
We have an excellent delivery crew and several trucks to accommodate delivery schedules.
There is a main store located at 206 Ferry Street, an appointment only showroom at 108 Polk Street, and a warehouse/showroom at 93 Ferguson Street, Newark, NewJersey.
Please note that we also upholster kitchen & dining room chairs in both fabric and plastic covers.
